Job summary

Responsibilities

• Seasonal position requiring attendance at all Georgia Swarm home games (Dec–May), plus 3–8 hours/week on non-game days for inventory, online orders, and merchandise prep.
• Act as primary point of contact between management and merchandise associates; disseminate information and ensure alignment.
• Lead accurate inventory counts, maintain records, and identify discrepancies.
• Keep merchandise organized, neatly presented, and accessible on storage and sales floor.
• Pull and prepare merchandise for sale; ensure timely replenishment on game days.
• Set up and teardown of merchandise displays and sales areas for game days and events.
• Monitor and manage merchandise operations on game days; resolve issues and maintain flow.
• Serve as primary contact for merchandise team; provide training and operational support.
• Identify operational bottlenecks to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Must work all games; flexible schedule required.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting fans and assisting with selections.
• Operate Square POS; process transactions and handle cash/credit.
• Learn loaded ticket functions and promotions for eligible customers.
• Maintain product knowledge; ensure correct labeling and displays.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on customer needs.
• Other duties and projects as assigned by management.
• Have reliable transportation to and from games.
• Pick, pack, and fulfill online orders with shipping accuracy and timely delivery.
