Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader in Newnan, GA to help deliver an outstanding guest experience and drive store performance. You will lead hourly team members, coach and develop talent, and manage daily workloads aligned with store priorities.

The role involves overseeing merchandise, pricing, signing, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment processes. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 18 or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and support guest-centric culture.
• Lead and develop hourly team members including interviewing and coaching.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet store goals with guidance from leadership.
• Assist with pick, pack and ship fulfillment and maintain accurate inventory.
