Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Stadium is seeking a Store Manager to lead the Mercedes-Benz Team Store operations on game days and events. You will drive revenue, manage inventory, and deliver a best-in-class guest experience for Falcons, Atlanta United, and stadium guests.

You will supervise a team of retail leaders and associates, leveraging data-driven decision-making and strong people leadership to achieve business objectives and elevate guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Five years of retail management experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to manage financial performance, inventory, merchandising, and labor planning.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure successful stadium events and activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready retail environment.
• Lead opening/closing procedures, POS operations, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute business priorities and drive guest satisfaction.
• Drive sales, profitability, and inventory accuracy while monitoring key metrics.
