Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader in the Duluth store to lead hourly team members, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and manage department workload to hit sales goals. You will train associates, organize merchandise, monitor inventory, and uphold safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 18 or older.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Lead and hold others accountable.

• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain an Easy, Inspiring, Friendly service.
• Train and develop hourly team members and ensure onboarding.
• Manage daily/weekly workload to meet department goals and sales targets.
• Oversee merchandise stocking, signing, displays, and restocking.
• Ensure product in stock and correctly priced across the sales floor.
• Lead fulfillment processes including pick, pack, and ship when applicable.
• Coach and develop team members to build a capable, high-performing team.
• Maintain safety and compliance across operations.
