Blue Mantis is seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Engineer to support enterprise-class data centers and ensure high-availability network operations for game-day success.

You will manage Windows, Linux, Unix, cloud, virtualization, and network gear, with emphasis on automation, security, and incident response in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires leadership, proactive problem solving, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities during major events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent hands-on experience.
CCNA/CCNP with ITIL and cloud/server certifications preferred.
Experience in multisite, high-availability environments required.

Responsibilities

Server Administration: Manage Windows, Linux, and Unix environments for optimal performance.
Cloud Operations: Administer AWS, Azure, and O365 workloads and containerization.
Virtualization: Handle VMware-based infrastructure for scalability and availability.
System Monitoring: Use SolarWinds and DataDog to ensure reliability and performance.
Incident Management: Lead network-related incidents and meet SLAs.
Security & Documentation: Apply secure networking practices and maintain topology docs.
