Island Hospitality seeks a friendly Gallery Host/Front Desk to greet guests, check in/out, and provide information with a strong emphasis on service excellence at our Louisiana location.

The ideal candidate is professional in appearance with in-person customer service experience, capable of handling payments, and contributing to a welcoming guest experience while maintaining high service and safety standards.

Formación

• Professional in appearance and demeanor.
• In person customer service experience a must.
• Ability to use hot food preparation equipment to cook or heat items.
• Basic knowledge of operating Food and Beverage equipment.
• Strong team player with initiative and achievement drive.
• Ability to handle problems at work, anticipate and resolve.
• Thrives in stressful situations and remains approachable.

Responsabilidades

• Check-in/Check-out hotel guests.
• Process payments according to established hotel requirements.
• Provide information and assistance to guests and vendors.
• Prepare shift reports for management.
• Follow cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables procedures.
• Prepare, stock, and present food and beverages per standards.
• Ensure gallery is stocked; assist with orders as needed.
• Validate IDs and monitor beverage consumption.
