Job summary

This role supports the Resilient Florida Grant Program, maintains financial files, and prepares standard financial reports while ensuring compliance with agency policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Audit and process accounts payable/receivable in line with policies.
• Pre-audit and payment processing of department expenditures.
• Verify account codes, documentation, authorizations, and vendor details.
• Monitor compliance with Chapter 215.422 F.S. and related rules.
• Assist with researching financial transactions and correcting errors.
• Perform periodic compliance reviews of transactions.
