Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the FLAIR accounting system and state disbursements procedures.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and the use of database software.
• Incumbent must have a clear understanding of auditing principles and methodology.

Responsibilities

• Prepares the voucher submission report and voucher files daily for submission to DFS via FTP.
• Provides customer service guidance and consultation; monitors the Voucher Submission mailbox and responds to inquiries.
• Assists in the preparation of section reports.
• Develops on-the-job training and maintains updated procedure manuals for all section functions.
• Serves as back-up to the STMS Administrator and Axiom Pro Administrator.
• Assists with year-end processes.
