Job summary

Synechron seeks an experienced Google Analytics Expert (GA4) to lead digital analytics for enterprise web and mobile applications. You will drive GA4/ GTM implementations, event tracking, and attribution, delivering actionable insights to improve digital experiences.

The role partners with marketing, product, and engineering to optimize performance and reporting. 5+ years in digital analytics and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Analytics or Web Analytics.
• GA4 implementation and enterprise analytics experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and manage GA4 across websites and apps.
• Design and implement tracking solutions with GTM.
• Define and maintain event tracking and measurement strategies.
• Develop dashboards/reports using Looker Studio or BI tools.
• Validate analytics implementations and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Configure UTMs, attribution, and marketing performance measurement.
• Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels for insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, UX, and engineering teams.
