The role includes supervising flight operations personnel, managing training and compliance, and fostering customer goodwill through high-quality service. Candidates must possess significant flight experience and leadership skills, with a college degree and/or relevant certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 3000 total flight hours, 1500 as PIC, 1500 MEL.
• 500 hours in Turbo Jet and 250 hours in Instrument Time.
• First-class medical certificate required.
