Cohere is seeking an intermediate Talent Partner for the G&A function to own the full lifecycle recruiting for Legal, Finance, Marketing and People teams. You will partner with hiring managers to craft effective strategies, source top talent, and ensure a world-class candidate experience as Cohere scales in a fast-growing tech environment.

• 3-7 years of G&A full-cycle recruiting experience scaling high-growth teams.
• Creative problem solver who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-growing scale-up.
• Natural influencer with cross-functional collaboration.
• Love data and take a data-driven approach to recruiting.
• Leveraging AI to automate processes in your workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle recruitment process, attracting and recruiting top talent for G&A (Legal, Finance, Marketing, People, etc.) at Cohere.
• Ensure candidates have a world-class recruiting experience with Cohere.
• Work with hiring managers to create effective recruiting strategies.
• Keep up-to-date with talent market and industry insights for informed decisions.
• Track recruiting funnels in Ashby ATS and update progress regularly.
• Find creative ways to proactively source and recruit candidates to optimize the top of the funnel.
• Build relationships with diverse tech and talent communities.
• Take ownership of other exciting talent projects and initiatives.
• Attend and represent the Talent Acquisition team at industry conferences and networking events.
