Job summary

Cohere is seeking a creative, high-performing Talent Partner to scale our G&A recruitment function. You will own end-to-end sourcing for Legal, Finance, Marketing, and People, delivering world-class candidate experiences and partnering with leaders to build scalable hiring strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of G&A full-cycle recruiting experience at scaleups or fast-growth companies.
• Creative problem-solver who thrives under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• Natural influencer with proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Passionate about diversity, equity, and building an inclusive recruiting process.
• Experience leveraging AI within recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle recruitment process for G&A functions (Legal, Finance, Marketing, People, etc.).
• Ensure candidates have a world-class recruiting experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to craft effective recruiting strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date talent market insights to inform decisions.
• Track recruiting funnels in Ashby ATS and report progress.
• Proactively source candidates to optimize the top of the funnel.
• Build relationships with diverse tech and talent communities.
• Take ownership of talent projects and initiatives.
• Represent TA at conferences and plan curated networking events.
