Paradigm Nat'l is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee strategic initiatives across Finance & Accounting, HR, Legal & Compliance, IT, and Facilities. You will partner with department leaders and subject-matter experts to implement new technologies and improve processes, focused on project delivery rather than ownership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a comparable discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional project management experience delivering initiatives across two or more G&A areas.
• Experience developing and managing schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and executive status reports.
• Experience working with outside implementation firms, technology vendors, or third parties.
• Broad understanding of G&A business functions including accounting, HR, contracts, compliance, and IT change processes.
• Desirable: life sciences exposure, regulated environments, GxP-related experience.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills for executives and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee strategic projects and process improvements across G&A organization.
• Partner with department leaders to introduce new technologies and improve processes.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and change management.
• Coordinate ERP, HRIS, contract management, IT, and facilities projects.
• Maintain project governance materials and executive-level status reporting.
