Job summary

Celldex Therapeutics seeks a versatile Project Manager, G&A Initiatives, to lead cross-functional projects across Finance & Accounting, HR, Legal & Compliance, and IT & Facilities. The role drives ERP/HRIS upgrades, contract-management platforms, and office moves, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change management are applied to every initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years PM experience across two or more domains: finance/accounting, HRIS, legal/compliance, IT/facilities.
• Ability to build and manage project plans, budgets, RAID logs, and status reporting for concurrent initiatives.
• Experience coordinating implementation vendors, MSPs, or outside consultants on system/infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with core G&A concepts (accounting controls, HR compliance, contract lifecycle, IT change management).
• Experience in life sciences or regulated industry a plus; strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Finance & Accounting system and process projects (ERP upgrades, close-process automation, AP/AR rollouts).
• Lead HR systems and program implementation projects (HRIS, payroll migrations, benefits system transitions).
• Manage project scope, timeline, and budget for HR, IT, Legal, and Facilities initiatives; coordinate between stakeholders and vendors.
• Coordinate testing, data migration, cutover activities; track risks and issues; ensure audit readiness.
• Maintain project documentation (charters, RAID logs, status reports) across active initiatives.
