Job summary

Slipstream is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead cross-functional G&A initiatives in Hampton, NJ. You will drive ERP implementations, HRIS migrations, and contract-management platform rollouts, coordinating IT, Finance, HR, and Legal activities.

The role emphasizes PM rigor across scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change management, partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver complex system projects in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, with multiple domain deliveries (finance/accounting, HRIS, legal/compliance, or IT/facilities).
• Ability to build and manage plans, budgets, RAID logs, and status reporting across concurrent initiatives.
• Experience coordinating implementation vendors or outside consultants on system or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with GxP-adjacent project requirements and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance & Accounting system and process projects (ERP implementations/upgrades, close-process automation, reporting/BI).
• Manage HRIS and payroll platform migrations, benefits system transitions, and performance/talent rollouts.
• Coordinate CLM/GRC platform implementations and contract lifecycle programs.
• Lead IT/Facilities projects including ERP/CRM rollouts, office moves, and procurement systems.
• Maintain master project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and dashboards for executive visibility.
• Engage with CFO, legal/compliance, HR, IT stakeholders and external vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
