Paradigm Design is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineering Project Manager to provide technical leadership and overall project management for land development and infrastructure from planning through construction. You will lead staff, contribute to business development, and ensure projects meet scope, budget, and schedule.

The role requires managing client relationships, coordinating with contractors and regulatory agencies, and maintaining high-quality standards across multiple projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible civil engineering experience, including project management.
• Demonstrated experience managing land development and infrastructure projects and leading engineering staff.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software, with the ability to understand and review design work.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to project sites as needed.

• Lead project planning and delivery for land development and civil engineering projects, aligning scope, staffing, schedules, budgets, quality, and client expectations.
• Identify project, client, staffing, and operational risks and recommend practical solutions.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, client presentations, and networking.
• Lead the planning, design, permitting, and construction administration of projects.
• Oversee preparation, review, and approval of engineering plans, reports, and cost estimates.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, billing, and resource utilization.
• Represent clients and lead meetings with contractors, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
