Job summary

Slipstream is seeking a versatile Project Manager for G&A initiatives to lead cross-functional improvement projects across Finance, HR, Legal, IT and Facilities at our Hampton, NJ headquarters. You will drive scope, schedule, budgets, risks and change management, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to implement ERP upgrades, HRIS migrations and contract management tools.

The role requires 5+ years PM experience across multiple domains, a BA in Business, and strong communication to align

Qualifications

5+ years of PM experience across two or more domains (Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Facilities).
Ability to build and maintain project plans, budgets, RAID logs, and status reports.
Experience coordinating vendors, managed service providers, or outside consultants on system or infrastructure projects.
Working familiarity with core G&A concepts and change management for cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Lead Finance & Accounting, HR, Legal & Compliance, IT & Facilities projects from initiation through go-live.
Build and maintain master project plans, budgets, RAID logs, and dashboards.
Coordinate testing, data migration, and cutover activities with process owners.
Drive change management, communications, and adoption tracking for HR and IT initiatives.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with CFO and executive sponsors.
