Job summary

BNY is seeking a Vice President, FX Platform Sales to join our Markets team in New York, NY. You will drive adoption of delegated FX solutions with institutional clients, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and partner across internal teams to deliver tailored FX platform experiences.

The role requires 7+ years in financial sales with FX/institutional experience, plus the ability to produce executive-ready materials and manage stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial sales, with FX or institutional sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of FX, client workflows, and institutional sales practices.
• Strong project management, agile practices, backlog management, and stakeholder alignment are desirable but not essential.
• Decisive with strong interpersonal and planning skills; able to run experiments and iterate quickly.
• Experience building executive-ready materials with clear sourcing and actionable tracking.

• Drive adoption and penetration of delegated FX solutions with institutional clients.
• Maintain a disciplined high-quality sales pipeline and convert engagements into opportunities.
• Achieve financial targets and deepen share of wallet with priority clients.
• Leverage AI and technology-enabled tools to optimize sales activities and client adoption.
• Coordinate across internal units to gather information and engage targets appropriately.
• Develop client-ready materials and commercial narratives for FX platform value proposition.
• Apply data-driven insights to identify opportunities and optimize client segmentation.
