Job summary

TD Securities is seeking an Associate for the eFX Sales desk in New York. The role supports the electronic foreign exchange business by analyzing performance, monitoring platform activity, and enhancing client offerings.

You will collaborate across teams, assist with data mining for reports, and help advance the eFX platform to grow the client base. Reporting to the VP of eFX Sales in New York, the role emphasizes analytical rigor, trade execution support, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Management experience and solid computer skills a must.

Responsibilities

• Cover a pool of accounts and maximize value to the business.
• Assist with data mining for client reports and ad hoc analyses.
• Prepare for client calls/meetings and document follow ups.
• Monitor the eFX platform and client configurations.
• Develop expertise in algo execution and monitor client activity.
• Collaborate with vendors to optimize platform data and identify improvements.
• prospect for new clients and introduce existing FX accounts to eFX.
• Suggest process improvements to increase straight-through processing (STP).
• Create and update marketing materials for clients.
