Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in financial sales, with FX or institutional sales experience favored.
• Demonstrated understanding of FX, client workflows, and institutional sales practices.
• Project management skills, Agile practices and backlog management are desirable.
• Decisive with strong interpersonal and planning skills; comfortable running experiments and iterating.
• Experience building executive-ready materials with succinct narratives, clear sourcing, and action tracking.

• Maintain a disciplined, high-quality pipeline and convert client engagements into opportunities.
• Achieve financial targets and deepen share of wallet with priority clients through proactive business development.
