The TRIO SSS work-study student will provide administrativesupport, event and program assistance, participant support,outreach and recruitment support, office organization, and supplybasic front office assistance. Provide front deskcoverage, greet visitors, and assist students, veterans, and guestsin a courteous and professional manner. Assist participants withcompleting applications, forms, and basic paperwork. Providegeneral clerical assistance and be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Helpprepare materials for student orientations, workshops, andseminars. Offer basic assistance with computer use (email,printing, navigating online resources. Help set up and break downfor workshops, classes, and special events. Monitor office supplylevels and notify staff when reordering is needed. Demonstrateprofessionalism, punctuality, and reliabilityAdhere to thecollege’s dress code for front-line customer service.
