Job Description: This job is a Federal Work Study, non-benefited position in the Administrative Services Division, reporting to the Executive Director of Budget and Compliance. Federal Work-Study (FWS) is a federally funded program by the Department of Education. This program provides part-time jobs for undergraduate students with significant financial need. It is administered by the FWS Coordinator and the Office of Financial Aid, in accordance with the law, federal regulations, and instructions from the United States Department of Education.
Hours: Days and Hours are flexible up to 19.50 hours per week.
Serve as a data entry assistant for the asset management department. Assist with updating records related to inventory changes and other office-related special projects as needed. The successful candidate will have quick typing skills, an analytical mind, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for precision.
