Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a Sales Consultant in Training to service accounts in the Fargo area. The role includes stocking shelves, building displays, and following up after deliveries to service liquor department stock.

Training will prepare individuals to take on a sales territory and achieve sales objectives. Candidates should have liquor industry experience or related work, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with reliable transportation and a valid

Qualifications

Liquor industry experience preferred (bartender, wait staff, liquor store).
Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid insurance.
Ability to lift up to 50-pound cases.

Responsibilities

Travels around assigned territory to service accounts.
Checks quantities of goods on display, cold box placements, in stock and services the accounts.
Fills shelves from displays and back stock to minimize out-of-stock items.
Develops and maintains relationships with customers.
Communicates with Sales Representatives regarding changes in buyer preferences, out-of-stock inventory, or concerns encountered during business hours.
Upholds Johnson Brothers corporate values and builds trust with retailers through excellent customer service.
Performs other work-related tasks and special projects as assigned.
