Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a Sales Consultant in Training to drive sales and service across the Green Bay/Appleton/Oshkosh area. You will manage territory accounts, stock displays, and cultivate customer relationships to support growth.

You should have liquor industry experience or related service roles, be goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong communication, driving ability, and physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in the liquor industry (bartender, wait staff, liquor store) is preferred.
• Goal and results oriented.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and prioritize work.
• Competitive, self-motivated and customer service oriented.
• Professional written and oral communication skills required.
• Reliable transportation with valid insurance and a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50-pound cases, repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Travels around the assigned territory to service accounts.
• Check quantities of goods on display, cold box placements, in stock and service accounts.
• Fill shelves from displays and back stock to minimize out of stock items.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Communicate with Sales Representatives about buyer preferences and shelf space concerns.
• Build trust with retailers and uphold Johnson Brothers values with strong customer service.
• Perform other work-related tasks and special projects as assigned.
