Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is seeking a Sales Consultant in Training to support, service, and grow accounts in the Twin Cities area. You will stock shelves, build displays, and follow up after deliveries, while targeting sales objectives and promoting products with in-store tastings.

The role trains candidates to eventually manage a sales territory, requires strong customer service, communication, and the ability to lift heavy cases. Local candidates preferred; pay is hourly.

Qualifications

• Work experience in liquor industry or related service roles is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Professional written and oral communication skills are required.
• Must have reliable transportation with valid insurance and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travels around assigned territory to service accounts.
• Check quantities of goods on display and restock shelves.
• Fills shelves from displays and back stock to minimize stockouts.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers.
• Communicates with Sales Representatives about buyer preferences and shelf space.
• Upholds Johnson Brothers values and demonstrates excellent customer service.
• Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
