The company seeks a Sales Consultant in Training to achieve sales objectives, manage territory, promote products, and service accounts across Green Bay, Appleton, and Oshkosh areas.

The role includes merchandising, shelf placement, and stocking inventories, with equal emphasis on developing retailer trust and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in liquor industry (bartender, liquor store, etc.)
• Goal- and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and prioritize.
• Competitive, self-motivated with strong customer service orientation.
• Professional written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travels around assigned territory to service accounts.
• Checks quantities of goods on display and in stock; services accounts.
• Fills shelves from displays and back stock to minimize out-of-stock items.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers.
• Communicates with Sales Representatives about buyer preferences, inventory, and shelf space concerns.
• Upholds Johnson Brothers corporate values with excellent customer service and a can-do attitude.
• Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
