Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking college graduates with leadership potential for its Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP). This two-year rotational program exposes you to Carrier’s HR function and business segments through three eight‑month rotations, partnering with cross‑functional leaders and HR operations.

Rotations may include Climate Solutions Americas, Climate Solutions Transportation, and our Global Headquarters, with locations such as Charlotte, NC; Indianapolis, IN; Athens,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial & labor relations, psychology or business.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.5 GPA.
• Must be geographically mobile and have the ability to relocate for rotations.
• Graduation date between September 2026 and June 2027 and start in mid-June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Rotational assignments across business segments and functions including Climate Solutions Americas, Climate Solutions Transportation, and Global Headquarters.
• Experience different rotations such as HR business partner, total rewards, talent programs, talent acquisition and project management.
• HRLP will partner with an HR leader to develop a career path balancing interests and company needs.
