Job summary

Carrier's Digital Technology Leadership Program (DTLP) invites high-potential graduates to join a two-year leadership development track with three eight-month rotations across Digital teams. You will gain hands-on experience in data, AI, digital products, and cybersecurity while building leadership, business, and technical skills.

We seek graduates from 2026 or 2027 with strong academic performance, demonstrated leadership, and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced tech environment at Carrier.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience demonstrated through campus orgs, internships, or similar initiatives.
• Analytical, problem-solving and strong communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated with ownership and accountability for work.

Responsibilities

• Complete three eight-month rotations across Carrier’s Digital organization.
• Collaborate with senior cross-functional leaders on real business priorities.
• Own projects end-to-end from definition to delivery and impact.
