Job summary

Grainger’s Supply Chain Rotational Development Program (SCRDP) is a three-year, three-rotation program designed to build leaders in analytics, operations, and customer experience. Participants will gain hands-on experience in inventory planning, transportation, DC engineering, and continuous improvement analytics while developing data-driven decision making.

Graduates will develop KPI dashboards, work on cross-functional projects, and learn to lead up to 25 distribution center team members.

Qualifications

• Graduation expected December 2026 or June 2027 (or equivalent).
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, mathematics, data analytics or related field.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI through coursework or projects.
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency; exposure to predictive analytics and large datasets preferred.
• Experience with cloud data platforms or automation tools is a plus.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and work under tight deadlines; no visa sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across three Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Experience functions during the program.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to reduce costs or improve service.
• Develop data analytics to measure KPIs using SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools.
• Use Snowflake, Power BI, BO, SAP, and Python for data analysis and automation.
• Drive inventory optimization, service performance, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Mentor and collaborate with team members in a multi-functional environment.
• Prepare for senior-level roles within Grainger's Supply Chain upon completion.
