Job summary

Synthomer plc is seeking high-potential candidates for its Leadership Development Program in the United States. This two-year program develops technical and leadership capabilities through rotations in supply chain initiatives and collaboration with senior leaders.

Successful participants will work on data-driven projects, improve inventory management, and support SAP implementations while preparing for a future supply chain leadership role.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be highly motivated, results-oriented and possess leadership potential.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Management, or related field from an accredited university (Masters and professional certifications welcome).
• Minimum GPA 3.2 and internship/CO-OP experience in strategic marketing or market development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis and reporting design to drive customer-focused strategy.
• Ensure network resiliency in the supply chain during product transfers.
• Support SAP implementation across production planning, inventory, and logistics.
• Analyze raw materials and finished goods to optimize inventory and service targets.
