Job summary

Synthomer plc is launching its Leadership Development Program (LDP) at our Ohio, USA site. This two-year program accelerates leadership by offering three rotational assignments across Operations, Manufacturing Excellence and Engineering, with mentoring and formal development planning.

You will tackle high-impact challenges, gain exposure to global operations, and advance toward future leadership roles within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field from an accredited university.
  • GPA minimum 3.2; internship or CO-OP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in three rotational assignments aligned to strategic initiatives within our Operations & Engineering framework.
  • Lead or contribute to Six Sigma projects to improve product yield, uptime, or energy usage.
  • Demonstrate leadership, drive development planning, and collaborate with senior leaders across functions.

Education
