Job summary

Synthomer plc is launching its Leadership Development Program in Ohio, USA. This two-year, rotational program is designed to sharpen technical skills, business acumen, and leadership capabilities through three assignments aligned to strategic initiatives.

You’ll work with commercial excellence teams, gain exposure to global markets, and receive mentoring, training, and opportunities to advance into leadership roles within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field.
• MBA preferred for leadership track.
• Minimum of one internship or CO-OP in strategic marketing or market development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three rotational assignments aligned to strategic initiatives.
