The Kimberly-Clark Corporation invites applications for the Supply Chain Development Program Associate I. This fast-paced, two-year program offers three 12‑month rotations across key supply chain functions, including Manufacturing, Supply Planning, and Customer Logistics/Distribution, with leadership development and exposure to SAP, LEAN, and other tools.

Based at Beech Island Mill with a second rotation in Neenah, WI, the program is open to new graduates who excel academically, can relocate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence others.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability and desire to relocate within the organization.
• Ability to travel up to 15%
