Job summary

Synthomer plc is seeking a Production & Supply Planner to join our supply chain team in the United States. You will own the SAP production schedule, align plans with the Master Production Schedule, and drive on-time delivery and inventory optimization.

The role requires production planning experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. Collaboration across sites and functions is essential to ensure seamless supply and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in supply chain or materials management.
• Experience in production planning or scheduling with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, and SQL with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage weekly/daily SAP production schedule aligned with Master Production Schedule.
• Communicate plan to stakeholders and drive SAP system utilization.
• Collaborate across sites to fulfill interplant requirements and optimize inventory.
