Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a Manager in Training in Chicago, IL. The role focuses on training, supervising store teammates, and upholding store policies.

You will lead training initiatives, drive attendance, safety, and uniform standards while participating in safety and policy meetings. Expect to develop through hands-on leadership, gain experience in store operations, and be prepared for growth opportunities within the company.

Competenze

• 3+ years of retail management experience with proven leadership ability.
• Experience driving profit and loss in a store environment.
• Ability to motivate Teammates and communicate effectively at all levels.

Mansioni

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory and cash controls.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules to meet business needs and coverage.
