You will conduct or attend safety and policy meetings, manage on-the-job and computer-based training, and contribute to a smooth, compliant operation. The role offers growth and a clear path to store leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
• Experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Effective communication with guests and all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to comply with all regulatory and compliance standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store finances through sales, inventory/cash controls, marketing and guest satisfaction.
• Build a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules ensuring proper coverage.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
