Job summary

106 Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is hiring a Manager in Training in Lincoln, NE. The role leads training and supervision of store teammates, oversees attendance, safety, and uniform standards, and may conduct safety and policy meetings.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in retail management; automotive experience is a plus; must drive store profitability and communicate effectively with guests and staff. This full-time, on-site position offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Strong communication with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to comply with regulatory and company standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store financial health through sales, inventory/cash controls, marketing, guest satisfaction, and Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Recruit, interview, and develop Teammates to build a winning team.
• Create Teammate work schedules to ensure proper coverage and meet business needs.
• Set the example for guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
