CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in Illinois. This development-focused role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week self-paced, collaborative training with hands-on store experience.

You will work with your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to develop leadership skills, customer service excellence, and proficiency in merchandising and inventory management for long-term

Formación

High School diploma or GED required.
Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience preferred.
Four-year college degree preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.

Responsabilidades

Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support your path to promotion during the structured program.
Support your store as a management team member and lead in a manner consistent with CVS values and policies.
Engage colleagues in supporting the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
