Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks.
• Support the store leadership team and lead in a manner consistent with CVS values.
• Develop leadership, customer care and communication skills.
• Assist with merchandising strategies and inventory control to support store profitability.
