Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to develop in-store operations and prepare for promotion to an Assistant Manager within the assigned Ace Retail Group store.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, supervising daily store activities, and supporting the general manager in leadership tasks. You will participate in weekly management meetings and uphold our core values.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operation instructions.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and solve problems for customers throughout the store.
• Supervise general operations and ensure store procedures are followed.
• Assist in training and developing store associates.
• Lead by example in the absence of the General Manager and participate in store meetings.
