• 2 years' general management experience with financial accountability.
• Willingness to relocate within assigned region for Store Manager placement.

• Assist in managing the store's financial performance and budget compliance.
• Lead hourly associates and managers and ensure policy adherence.
• Support community outreach and stakeholder partnerships.
