CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training includes virtual and hands-on experiences to develop you as a leader, with support from your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach.

Anticipated weekly hours are 45. The program pays $18.50–$23.88 per hour, and includes a comprehensive benefits package with medical, dental, and vision
