CVS Health is seeking ambitious individuals for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program. This development-focused role is designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training with virtual and hands-on experiences, guided by your District Leader, HR Business Partner, and store leadership team. Anticipated Weekly Hours 45.

Time Type Full-time. Pay Range $18.50 - $23.88 per hour; actual base salary depends on geography and experience.
