Buckle stores seek an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to help create the best possible shopping experience for Guests. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates, and train others.

The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with additional leadership duties. The position emphasizes sales performance, customer service, and leading by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–3 months of related retail experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills expected; proven ability to train and develop teammates.
• Experience delivering exceptional guest service and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Lead and train Teammates; assist Store Manager in recruitment.
• Manage daily operations and drive sales while maintaining store standards.
• Support visual merchandising and product knowledge across departments.
• Ensure policies for payments, returns and Loss Prevention are followed.
