Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you into a CVS Store Manager. The role combines virtual and hands-on learning over 16 weeks with guidance from district leaders, HRBP, a Store Manager coach, and a Training Store Manager.

Anticipated weekly hours are 45, with full-time employment. Pay range is $18.50 to $26.25 per hour, and the benefits package includes medical, dental and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred; relevant work experience may substitute.
• Retail management experience, or experience as CVS Supervisor, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and participate in promotions and daily operations.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
• Support the store as a management team member and promote a culture aligned with CVS values.
