Job summary

Target is offering a paid Stores Executive Internship designed to develop future leaders for our store teams. The program provides hands-on experience in store operations, guest service, and leadership responsibilities under the guidance of an Executive Team Lead (ETL) mentor.

You will rotate through departments, lead daily priorities, and gain exposure to driving guest satisfaction and store performance. This internship is a pathway to leadership within Target stores.

Qualifications

• Paid internship with hands-on leadership training.
• 40 hr/week internship with mentoring.
• Opportunity to lead store team alongside executives.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the sales floor and backroom leading team members on daily priorities.
• Work with a mentor and other leaders to learn roles and responsibilities.
• Lead daily goals, daily huddles, and frontline execution to deliver guest service.
