Job summary

Target is offering a paid Stores Executive Internship designed to develop future store leaders. The program runs 40 hours per week and provides hands-on training to prepare you for the Stores Executive Leader (ETL) role.

You will work closely with mentors and other managers to learn how Target's store operates, lead teams, and deliver great guest service. Participants gain exposure to guest experience, team leadership, daily operations, and real responsibilities across departments while building

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interest in retail management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the sales floor and backroom leading team members.
• Work with your ETL mentor to learn roles and responsibilities.
• Lead daily priorities, stock shelves, and ensure a welcoming guest experience.
• Participate in internship training activities and feedback sessions.
