Job summary

Buckle in Fairlawn seeks an Assistant Manager in Training and Assistant Manager to uphold our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You’ll work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising, and operations, including cashiering, displays, register procedures, and routine cleaning of facilities.

The role includes training and motivating Teammates, recruiting new staff, and potentially acting as Store Manager in their absence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related retail experience.
• Ability to lead and train Teammates and provide guest service.
• Experience with merchandising, cashiering, and store operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Assist in recruiting, training and developing Teammates.
• Support store operations, including merchandising, displays, register procedures and opening/closing tasks.
• Lead by example and act as Store Manager in their absence.
