You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, train Teammates, recruit talent and step in as Store Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Managers will train and lead Teammates.
• Work with Store Manager to develop sales and recruit new Teammates.
• Strong leadership and front-line store operations are expected.

• Lead sales, merchandising and daily store duties.
• Assist Store Manager in leadership and training responsibilities.
