Job summary

Buckle is seeking an On-site, Full-time Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to help create the best possible shopping experience for guests. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit and train Teammates, and lead store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

Key duties include coaching teammates, executing the Performance Tracker, and ensuring excellent guest service, product knowledge, and visual standards across the sales floor,

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service; achieve sales goals.
• Recruit, train and coach Teammates; lead by example.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence and manage operations.
• Plan sales goals with Store Manager and drive performance.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure merchandise is well displayed.
